Luke is an associate and practising attorney at Berdou Attorneys. His practice includes both contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property law.

He joined Berdou Attorneys in May 2019 having previously worked for a general law firm, a legal-compliance consultancy, a public-interest law NGO and an agency under the custodianship of the South African Government. His fields of interest include intellectual property, commercialisation, technology, media, art and privacy law. Luke is a heritage enthusiast and both a trustee and board member of South Africa’s premier creative arts sponsor.
