BERDOU ATTORNEYS
Ben is an associate and practising attorney at Berdou Attorneys. His fields of focus include prosecutions, IP due diligence investigations, enforcement and infringement matters as well as company name, domain name and social media disputes. He joined Berdou Attorneys in May 2021 having previously gained experience and training at another one of South Africa’s reputable intellectual property law firms. Ben is a vintage automotive aficionado, keen outdoorsman and is completing his Trade Mark Practitioner’s examinations through the South African Institute of Intellectual Property (SAIIPL).
